    KAWS is celebrated for larger-than-life sculptures that play on nostalgia and hidden emotions. To empathize with KAWS’ characters participants will sculpt a 3D model that will express a particular emotion.

  • KAWS: HE EATS ALONE | Hidden Layers

    In his acrylic paintings, KAWS uses different shapes and layers of colour to hide his main characters. Participants will closely duplicate KAWS’ methods to disguise or camouflage their own cartoon character.

  • Workshop | Art Through Memory

    The workshop considers the power of memory on shaping people’s impressions and expressing themselves through art. During the workshop the participants will be invited to create their own artwork, reflecting on their memories. We will use charcoal or regular pencils for sketching, and the participants are asked to bring their own art materials.
