Johnatan Machado is a Venezuelan artist, curator, and photographer. In his work, he transforms the classic into the contemporary, celebrating the past by bringing it to the present. The materials are the main subject in each body of work, looking beyond their primary use and giving them another purpose and meaning.
Machado has a bachelor's degree in Visual Arts from the University Armando Reverón and a master's degree in Public Art from the Universidad Politécnica of Valencia.
