join us in this workshop to learn how to create your own stained glass-inspired artwork! Over several days, participants will design their piece, master the basics of using a laser cutter, plan their stained-glass color scheme, and explore various applications using glass paint.
This workshop will be led by multidisciplinary artist, Aisha Al-Abdulla, known for her storytelling about fictional characters and her unique approach to incorporating fantasy narratives, world-building, and character design. She is currently an artist-in-residence at the Fire Station (2023-24)
Note: Participants are required to bring a laptop with Adobe Illustrator or an iPad with Procreate downloaded prior to the workshop.
