We welcome you to visit the (Al Malath) exhibition, in collaboration between “Fire Station”, artist in residence, and Wifaq, and a partnership with the “Katara”. This exhibition comes as a result of an artistic awareness initiative where art and creativity meet with community awareness to embody a sublime message towards strengthening family cohesion in Society, with the aim of educating society about the importance of family cohesion, and raising awareness of the effects of divorce on the family, especially children, through awareness-raising in an innovative manner and using the method (using reason and creativity), to create artistic works that convey an artistic message about the importance of family cohesion.
The exhibition includes a variety of creative artworks with the participation of a group of Qatari artists and residents of Qatar who participated in translating and embodying the idea and goals of “Al Malath” through a distinctive group of diverse creative artworks, which reflected the sincerity of their thoughts, feelings, and belief in the importance of the issue of family cohesion. The number of participating artworks reached more than 80 diverse artworks.
The “Sanctuary” exhibition, which includes a group of activities and accompanying workshops, aims to achieve a number of goals, namely, drawing attention to the value of family cohesion and the role of parents in enhancing family cohesion and positive interaction between family members, as well as ensuring the success of raising and caring for children.
