For this artist talk, Khalifa Al Obaidly will discuss abstraction through the experience of travelling in Green Tunisia. Al Obaidly will speak on how the traveller’s journey merges with the vision of the artist, translating the familiar into the unfamiliar.
This talk will be led by Khalifa Al Obaidly in collaboration with Qatar Financial Centre. Al Obaidly has been involved in many Qatari heritage programs and initiatives and is an avid photographer. Currently, he is the Director of the Fire Station and Tasweer Photo Festival.
