The Qatari environment has a unique scene that combines natural topography with continuous urban development. The constant change rises as an opportunity to reflect on the past and attempt to preserve the present. Through maintained traditions, recent developments, or experiences with the environment surrounding urban life, the artists address the interactions between humans and the outside world in the context of the water, the sky, and the land.
From one element to the other, the exhibition highlights the relationship between the artificial and the natural from the artists’ perspective using traditional and new mediums.
